The Sweetener in Your Diet Soda May Be Aging Your Brain — Here's What the Study Actually Found

Translated into plain terms, that's the equivalent of about 1.6 extra years of brain aging. The amount that landed people in the "high intake" group wasn't extreme, either. It came out to around 191 milligrams a day — about what's in a single can of diet soda.

The names on the list
