1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using AlsoFoundIn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

AlsoFoundIn is a food ingredient cross-reference app that allows users to scan food product barcodes and discover what other industries and products use the same ingredients. Ingredient data is sourced from the Open Food Facts API and our proprietary ingredient database.

3. Subscriptions

AlsoFoundIn offers an auto-renewable subscription at $14.99 per year. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

4. Free Tier

Free users may perform a limited number of scans per day. Scan limits are subject to change at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, scrape its data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within AlsoFoundIn is owned by Sunset Line Partners Inc. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AlsoFoundIn is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of ingredient information. Do not use this app as a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or safety advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sunset Line Partners Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AlsoFoundIn.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
